Competitive summer conditioning camp for artistic swimmers with prior team experience. Camp includes 3.5 hours of swim time split between morning and afternoon sessions, an experienced competitive coach, advanced artistic swimming skills based on group level, figure work, water strength, dryland flexibility and fitness, video review, outdoor games, and water games. Regional League swimmers may be considered at coach recommendation. Participants bring lunch and snacks.
