A deep-water fitness class focused on cardiovascular exercise and endurance. Participants will take part in a variety of guided movements designed to elevate heart rate, build stamina, and support overall fitness. Exercises are preformed suspended in deep water with the use of a flotation device. Exercises provide a low-impact workout with added resistance and minimal stress on joints.
