Inclusive swim lessons provide focused swim skill development in a low ratio setting, with 1 instructor to 3 swimmers. An Inclusion Membership is required to register. Lessons are focused on skill development, with a strong emphasis on learning how to swim. Level 1 Highlights Include: - Treading Water for 30 seconds wearing a PFD - Floating on Front and Back for 5 seconds - Gliding on Front, Back and Sides for 3 metres - Flutter Kick on front and back for 5 metres - Front Crawl for 5 metres wearing a PFD Prerequisites Inclusion Membership
