A fun and supportive class where children can move, play, and relax while building confidence and body awareness. Each themed session includes yoga, movement, games, music, crafts, and mindfulness activities to support flexibility, coordination, and emotional well-being in a positive and engaging environment. Please bring your own mat. Only registered participants are allowed in the program.
