This 4-week program focuses on improving skating speed, acceleration, agility, edge control, lateral movement, and puck control at high speed. Players will develop quick starts, efficient stride mechanics, crossovers, tight turns, and side-to-side movement while progressing into game-like skating with the puck. There is a maximum of 10 players with 2 instructors and each session is 50 minutes.
