Advanced preschoolers build on deep water skills by demonstrating a forward roll entry while wearing a personal floatation device. They develop endurance by holding their breath under water for up to 10 seconds. Interval training and whip kick is introduced at this level. The most important step is to make sure your child is placed in the right swim level. Staff reserve the right to move a child to a different level if a class is too challenging, so it's best to get it right before classes start.
