These beginners jump into chest deep water all by themselves. They learn to open their eyes, exhale and hold their breath underwater. They work on floats, glides and kicking through the water on their front and back. The most important step is to make sure your child is placed in the right swim level. Staff reserve the right to move a child to a different level if a class is too challenging, so it's best to get it right before classes start.
