Advanced beginners jump into deeper water and become comfortable falling sideways into the water wearing a personal floatation device. Swimmers support themselves at the surface without an aid and recover an object in chest-deep water, swim 5-10m on front and back, and are introduced to flutter kick interval training (2x9-12m). The most important step is to make sure your child is placed in the right swim level.
