In this comprehensive and hands-on program, participants will have the opportunity to learn the fundamental movement skills such as catching, running, throwing and jumping through a series of structured sporting activities. They will participate in a wide variety of sports and low-organized games to help build movement skills that are transferable to all sports. These skills will motivate and empower youth to build positive connections to movement for their whole life in an adaptive way. Classes will be modified for all abilities. Ages:13-21
