Have an interest in volleyball? Want to develop your recreational skills? This recreation fundamentals program will deliver the basic skills and knowledge of the sport, with a focus on FUN. Through engaging sessions participants will learn essential skills such as passing, serving, and spiking in a fun and supportive environment. This program aims to foster a knowledge and love for the sport of volleyball by building solid foundation of techniques and emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship. No volleyball experience needed. Long Pants and/or knee pads recommended.
