These beginners will become comfortable jumping into water with and without a lifejacket. They'll learn to open their eyes, exhale and hold their breath underwater. They'll work on floats, glides and kicking through the water on their front and back. Level Highlights Include: - Treading Water for 30 seconds wearing a PFD - Floating on Front and Back for 5 seconds - Gliding on Front, Back and Sides for 3 metres - Flutter Kick on front and back for 5 metres - Front Crawl for 5 metres wearing a PFD
