Incorporates acrobatic movements into dance! Similar to gymnastics; these classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility, control and balance of the body. Make new friends, learn cool moves and improve physical health. Attire - Wear a dance bodysuit or athletic wear. Don't forget a water bottle!
