These Moses Springer lessons are for levels Waterloo Splash 7 & 8. Participants are placed into appropriate groups for multi-level instructing. Waterloo Splash 7 Swimmers master shallow dives, cannonball entries, eggbeater kicks, and in-water backward somersaults.
