Baby Connections is a program unique to Waterloo Region that helps families develop literacy and language skills with their little ones. Participants will receive a kit of resources designed to encourage continued learning and fun at home. The program has been specifically designed for parents/caring adults and their young babies (6-12 months of age) by Strong Start. Babies in the program should be new to the Baby Connections program to help provide equitable access to everyone. This program is part of a series.
