A family Halloween event across participating Uptown Waterloo businesses, with trick-or-treating, live music, costumed characters, and activities in Waterloo Public Square. The first 100 visitors to the Uptown Waterloo BIA tent at the corner of King and William receive a tote and can pick up the participating-business map.
