Exercises preformed suspended in deep water with the use of a floatation device. Designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving. Class focus is on muscle strengthening and cardio conditioning. Cancellations or transfers must be completed by 11:59pm the day prior to the start of the program. Offered in main pool, 82°. Stair entry, wheelchair accessible via chairlift. Men’s, ladies, and Family changerooms available.
